About Us

We Are Golden Gate Burglar Alarm Co.

As a patrol special officer in San Francisco in the late 60’s, our founder Joe Giannini started out protecting the streets in the Castro district. After many years of this, he and a fellow partner decided to join together and start a business installing these new things called alarm systems. They were simple wired systems that would trigger a bell when activated. Later they opened their own central station with only one alarm system being monitored full time. Eventually, his wife Florence was managing the office and his youngest son Ron started working as a teenager. Today, we are in our third generation and are still family owned operating in the San Francisco Bay area.

As technology does, alarm systems have evolved a long way and we continue to offer the latest, most efficent alarms out there. From a single door system to a complete city block, Our mission is to make you, your family, or your business feel as safe and as secure as possible at all times.
